* Extra Large Vehicles (longer than 22’ or traveling with a trailer) require prior planning with our neighbors that have room

We utilize lockboxes for you to access the keys to our home. We provide the code for access the morning of your stay. This allows for flexible check-in and check-out.

All Homes: Dogs are currently the only pet we allow with prior messaging that ensures that the dog(s) are up to date on flea and tick preventative along with necessary shots to keep them safe from the nature where we live and to keep our home dog-friendly. We are unable to host cats due to our own severe allergies.

1860s House: There are 2 separate units. If you are renting only the 1st or 2nd floor, the outside areas will be shared as well as the common entryway on the side porch.

99 House: You have the entire home and yard to yourself.

Cottage: You have the entire cottage and parking space and the yard area outback to use. You may see the main house tenant in the yard closest to the garage.

There are some exterior security cameras at each home. The basements are also monitored.

Yes!

Coffee Maker (Keurig and Drip Coffee), Microwave, Oven & Stovetop, Dishwasher, Basic pots, pans, utensils for eating and serving, basic spices, condiments, and most everything you need for cooking a meal. Message us if you have specific requests.

Guests are allowed at the farmhouses with prior written permission. Our homes are old and require gentle treatment by all, so we ask that you keep that in mind when planning something at our home. Guests are not permitted at the cottage.

Our calendar is kept up to date on Airbnb, and we highly recommend accessing that listings calendar prior to sending us a message to book directly.

We try to be as flexible as possible. We are bound by a cancellation policy provided on the external booking sites such as Airbnb. For booking directly with us, we try to be as flexible as possible, as we understand that stuff happens. We ask for a deposit to hold your reservation. Any cancellations greater than 30 days before check-in are fully refundable; cancellations under 30 days are not refundable unless we are able to receive a booking of equal or greater value to replace your booking. In which case, we will refund you 100% of your stay less any credit card processing fees. Thank you for your support and understanding around this policy.

• NO parties or large gatherings without prior written approval

• If your children or adults traveling with you that act like children cannot and will not respect the word, NO, please do not bring them. This is not fair to you to have to be responsible for said humans
